Bio

I am an African American male who was raised in a christian household. I was blessed with a family of hard workers who did everything they could to provide for their children. Experiencing this type of work ethic first hand, I personally strive to be as determined as my family in my personal passion of business. When I interact with business ideas, I always try to think outside the box and pre-plan transformative ideas for issues like poverty and greed with wealthy businesses. These plans include worker profit shares, fair wage certifications, philanthropy, and personal distribution of finance to the lower classes. I plan to be one of the next big things in the business world and make an impact that proceeds business titans such as Jeff Bezos, Elon musk, and Bill Gates. By having the blessing of personal business experiences, academic strength, and overall interaction with the entrepreneur world, I have been preparing this transformative vision for years, and I know that with hard work and determination, I’ll transform the world.

belong to a community that is aligned with the Church of Christ, a setting where I transformed in a profound way. Growing up in an African American church taught me how to walk the way of our savior and represent his teachings to the world. I was taught to carry my cross with faith and ambition. This community filled my soul with respect, responsibility, and hope, which served as a key to my future interactions. Through my spiritual revival, I was blessed to learn the importance of treating my peers with dignity and providing help when those who suffer require it. The experience of support that I have witnessed has shown a strong power of faith that is rooted in kindness and persistence to do the right thing. My community/church has also emphasized the essentials of appreciation and perseverance, even when times get rough. Seeing the wise and strong face hardships and manage to endure in order to teach and care for others, without expecting anything in return, inspired me to follow those similar qualities and apply it to the world. These teachings ignited a passion in me to give back to my community financially and significantly impact the lives of others through business methods such as entrepreneurship. I used this belief to further study business and its operations, working on this goal in order to earn millions of dollars and give back to those who gave to me. My educational aspiration is to become an entrepreneur because I want to be able to change the lives of others significantly from just one interaction. Incorporating this into a university setting will greatly strengthen my skill set and allow me to thrive in the business world. My interest in business first began when I worked on projects like a Shopify business. I operated multiple online stores that were dedicated to certain niches and demographics. My two most targeted stores focused on women's jewelry and men's athletics. Working through this business project helped develop my understanding of the market, particularly consumer behavior and supply and demand. I also learned the importance of managing business money separately from personal money and how to allocate funds effectively. All of this new education and learning became so deeply rooted within my spirit that I used it to overcome and surpass the challenges of hardship, such as academic pressure from school and family. I had to constantly meet expectations, which included getting all A’s, being at the top of my class, and balancing work and school, which consumed hours of my time between studying and managing customers at my job. But with the education I possessed and my spiritual community, I overcame those challenges to reach my ultimate goal and secure my future success while making an impact on the world through my business empire. I appreciate every last blessing that I was given through my path with Christ and his church. It has not only strengthened my relationship with God, but it has also taught me to respect and serve others with equality and compassionate priority. I am slowly giving back to my community through church guidance and philanthropic actions in order to better the house of the lord, with the dream to fully liberate the small community that I grew up in, because that community invested into my success. My current lifestyle is shaped by my community and they have left a lasting imprint on my life. It reminds me of my personal goals, purpose, and the guiding hand that has led me in the right direction. God bless, Amen.

By having the blessing of personal business experiences, academic strength, and overall interaction with the entrepreneur world, I have been preparing this transformative vision for years and I know that with hard work, I will get it done. I want to be an entrepreneur, because I always wanted to be able to work for myself and work on my own goals, not someone else's. For years, ever since I was little, my parents always had empty pockets and could barely afford to have any additional items beside the essentials. I took this lifestyle to heart and made it a negotiable goal to make enough money to retire my family comfortably. I want to keep their pockets full, their elderly days free, and their lives completely set, giving them back what they have given me for the past 17+ years. Also, coming with the money that I am blessed with from my business, I can use the money to transform the lives of others and their financial standpoints. I want to be a man who transformed the world with his money, not a person who hoards it like the current titans of the business worlds. A famous youtuber named Mr.Beast is a perfect example of philanthropy and giving back to others who need it. I want to exceed his actions and make millions of lives satisfied and not struggling to live paycheck to paycheck. I want to build schools in Africa, give the homeless homes, fund education systems, transform local businesses to regional and national, and many more goals that can be completed with my financial goals. Being able to work in my banquet setup position at the embassy suites hotel gave me a real in-time experience of how business works, specifically on the hospitality side of it. I learned crucial parts of running a business, that included teamwork, operation efficiency, and adapting to customer demand and satisfaction. This brought up my amazement about how businesses can manage the high stress-demand, drive profit, and still manage to deliver memorable experiences for their customers. Behind my actual job, I take my free time to work on business projects. I first began to work on projects like Shopify business. I usually operated multiple online stores that were dedicated to certain niches and demographics. My two most targeted stores were directed towards women's jewelry and men's athletics. Working through this business project helped develop my idea on the market. The maker consisted of that being consumer behavior and supply and demand. I also learned the idea of having to manage business money with free money and where to split them. Additionally, I interacted with local entrepreneurs on unofficial internships, working on understanding their business insights and creation. These conversations came from barbershops, retails, and restaurants. I believe that by working hard, using creativity, and retaining commitment to helping others will establish a business that no only succeeds, but also leaves a everlasting positive impact on the world

Getting this scholarship will be blessing to my financial standpoint and will allow me to get trough college will a little less stress on paying off any additional college fees that it does not cover. Receiving this scholarship will show a sign of hospitality and the art of giving, which is something that I strive to enforce and give back to the community. For my career, I want to be an entrepreneur, because I always wanted to be able to work for myself and work on my own goals, not someone else's. I want to make enough money to retire my family peacefully, giving them back what they have given me for the past 17+ years. Additionally, I want to use the money that I am blessed with from my business to transform the world and the lives of the people. A famous youtuber named Mr.Beast is a perfect example of philanthropy and giving back to others who need it. I want to exceed his actions and make at least 1 million lives set and happy. I want to build schools in Africa, give the homeless homes, fund education systems, transform local businesses to regional and national, and many more goals that can be completed with my financial goals. Additionally, for the past few years, I have pushed myself to the be the best that I have ever been. I realized that the younger me was not the person that could be even remotely successful in life. I was bigger, lazy, and didn't really take my future as seriously as I do now. I was unhappy and felt like I wasn't not going to get anywhere in life if I kept going this path. So, in response, I've made it my goal to always strive for the most success in the given opportunity. Whether it comes to A’s in school, or bodily health at home, I made sure to maximize my potential. In 2023, I used to weigh 310 pounds and I knew something had to change. One year later, after eating correctly and hitting the gym daily, I now stand at 190 and feel the best I have ever felt in 17 years. Being able to feel a sense of distraught from getting bad grades and feel confident and proud of my accomplishment of losing over 100 pounds in over a year has sparked a deeper motivation to sharpen my skills. I was able to realize that I am capable of doing tasks that others may consider too difficult or not worth the effort. During this summer, I worked my tail off at the embassy suites hotel (my work place). I put In 30-50 hours a week on the normal, working from 500-1300 person events with a short staff of only 12 people. I took the early hours that nobody was willing to take, because I knew that I could I was able to do the jobs that no one wanted to do and assist my boss who is the hardest worker there. I stayed past my shifts every time, going into to 2am, even if I clocked In 12 hours earlier. I thank God for the opportunities that he has given and the mindset to overcome my past and build a blessed future.
