Bio

I am a Junior BFA Performance and Production major at my university currently concentrating in Costume Design. My goal is to have a career in the arts and to utilize it to create strong community. I have interests in both Fashion Design and Costume Design, and a career in either of these fields is my dream. I fell in love with the process of creating garments, from concept to construction, and the study of fashion history has been extremely fascinating to me. I feel that clothing is one of the greatest ways that we express ourselves and connect with each other. I am also minoring in English, as I have an interest in the field of copyediting. I have been an avid writer and reader from an early age, and I hope to continue these practices throughout my adulthood.
