Hello! I am an aspiring aerospace engineer from San Diego, CA. As a first-generation female, I want to make my parents proud by achieving a great future. Pursuing a career in the field of space exploration seems like the perfect way to do that. Ever since I was a child, I have been interested in astronomy and engineering, taking inspiration from my dad. To explore my future career options, I participate in anything related to science, space, and learning. This includes volunteering at the Fleet Science Center and Air and Space Museum, participating in the Northrop Grumman HIP Internship program, and taking part in various clubs such as Science Olympiad, Astronomy Club, Academic League, iGEM, CSF, NHS, and Peer Counseling. Scholarships would provide me with the financial support I need to pursue my aspirations in the future of the STEM field!
