One thing I have heard my entire life about the financial aspects of life is to make sure to save for retirement and to put some money aside for emergencies. Saving was not something I learned the value of until I got a bit older and experienced some of life's unexpected monetary issues and was forced to realize I should have listened to the valuable advice I had completely blown off and let go in one ear and out the other and had to see how true most of the advice I had been given was priceless. Many times in life we are provided advice that is priceless and we just write it off our try and make excuses as to why how it will be different and won't happen to "me". After learning from my own experiences and going through my own trials and tribulations I can now say the best financial advice I have been given is to use any extra money to invest in real estate passive income activity that will gain interest and dividend income and to find a real estate investment portfolio with room for growth. I feel this is the best advise because once I found my investment, which is with Happy Nest, I started receiving dividend income in the first quarter after investing and I have continued receiving dividend income each and every quarter, as well as interest income. You have to have something to fall back on when life hands you those unexpected emergencies and you also have to put something back for your family and children so that they are ahead, because you saved them and took your own advise and gave them a gift of financial jnsurance that they didn't expect! Life gives us many different types of unexpected situations that can be good or bad so why not be the positive unexpected financial insurance. This is why the investment I chose I will always pass the advise along. My investment choice also began with a very affordable investment of $10.00 and then I was also matched by the investor as a sign on bonus so you automatically double your beginning investment portfolio which is amazing. I chose this investment because I would be investing in commercial business real estate and it was a fairly new company to begin investing in so this told me there was a possibility for a large margin of growth that could be achieved. As a new commercial business real estate investor I started with only 2 properties in my portfolio and within the very first year they have obtained 5 more commercial business more than tripling the growth of my portfolio and increasing my dividend and interest income each and every quarter. One of the best aspects of this investor is a guarantee of income due to the fact that the commercial businesses in your portfolio are under some form of a lease or contract ensuring some income based off of the rental lease agreement. Another positive attribute of the properties is they have a minimum of a 2 year lease agreement and up to a maximum of 10 years lease agreement which is a guaranteed source of dividend income. I had no idea that my investment would more than triple in my first year of investing but I also did not expect to gain any dividend income for a few years let alone the very first quarter and it has only increased since I began my investment.The properties the investor has are reputable companies that have been in business for a very long time and have an excellent chance for a high level of growth and income possibilities and consist of organizations such as Fed-Ex and CVS, which are the 2 properties that were in my portfolio upon my first $10.00 investment. I have tried other ways of investing in EFT's and bonds in the stock market and those never turned out very well in the end and I was left with nothing. Happy Nest has been a solid and has not decreased and has only grown. I could not be more pleased with my investment choice but wish I had listened to the advise I was given years earlier because I know my financial affairs would definitely be very different than they are currently. I have now began to at the least listen to all advice offered rather than just blow it off.

There are so many resources and material readily available that you have the ability to quickly obtain any knowledge you so desire! This is an amazing gift, as we have the ability to really be and become whatever you put your mind to! ALL you have to do is have faith in yourself and believe in yourself and your mind will take care of the rest, it is our most underused and most powerful and valuable tool we have been blessed with naturally! I have always told myself if a day passes that I learned nothing, that was a wasted day. I am very passionate about learning as much as I can as if I can not gain enough information, and now we can quickly access anything desired with today's technology. However we should be careful with our technology and ideas because some people in the world today are not ready for the advances mankind has made in this field, and just like that famous saying, too much of anything can be a bad thing. Also not everyone is on the same level of skill-set or comprehension of these new technological items. To be in today's day and age and be able to have almost anything at your fingertips basically, is just absolutely incredible! Now just like any other topic in the world today, you will always find at least one individual that will abuse our advances and inventions, and one whom will do good and excel with the new inventions mankind has succeeded in creating. Unfortunately this is just how life works in all aspects of our life. However, usually as long as you have faith and believe and share those beliefs with anyone who will listen, you can move mountains. Even the smallest voices make it major and one voice can truly change the world! Also everyone definitely has a purpose, even if they are blind to what that purpose may be. God gave sight to the blind. In today’s current events maybe you are aware of how technology has been abused and used criminally, and created this gigantic problem for the world, and that problem is the fraud, Identity fraud, Identity theft and theft of our personal information and data, and now our hijacked information has been spread to the world in a matter of seconds with the new technologies we obtained. Another issue that was created is the pure laziness and lack of the ability for most people in today's world to really work hard for anything for that fact and a lot of people have turned to theft of pretty much anything they can get their hands on. I believe we should all take a step back and reevaluate what has happened, what has already occurred, and what is coming because that is pretty much where we are in the world today. Not all disasters can be avoided but if the proper awareness and planning was implemented we can at least be prepared for them!

I honestly believe the biggest issue currently would have to be the fact that the majority of the individuals that are working, were placed in the position they currently hold, but unfortunately for the world they are not qualified for their position. The issue is so dire that it has led to all of the judgement others have intentionally pushed upon the individual they are slandering! We seem to have forgotten what our founding fathers liberated America with and they instilled the true morals and values in America. Our founding fathers made sure to enact a policy that can not be altered in any way that would deprive any American of the Civil Rights and the liberties they gave all of us. The other basis of America that has been infringed upon is God and those righteous morals that are instinctual and no one can deny them. When God was taken from our education system the innocence of the world become in grave danger of extinction, the children are the innocence of the world and should be protected to the fullest extent of reviving Americas innocence! Our world has become a very scary unknown place where the people that were put in a position to protect us, our rights and our liberties have been attacking. They have basically become the terrorists they were trained to encounter and subdue. The protectors of America let us down and now is the time to make America the land of the FREE and the home of the Brave and peacefully demand the rectification of all the wind doing to innocent people and even their children were affected by all of this!

I’ve sheets loved animals but My Precious stole my heart and she helped me through one of the hardest parts of my adult life. Precious has this energy about her and she could make the angriest person smile. Precious was so special to me & my husband, whom is 100% blind. Precious was my emotional support dog and my husbands blind seeing eye dog. As a puppy every morning she wold wake us by jumping up and down on my chest and she would nip my lip until I got up to play and live in her. She always listened and stayed by our side even without a leash and every night she slept in my chest and kept me safe. Precious has such a loving and playful energy and she leaves a happy trail anywhere she goes. I have learned that animals need love and to be accepted just like we do as people. Precious shower feeling the same way that we do and she even poured when she has been scolded. People are too quick nowadays to stop and put themselves in your shoes…. We all need to have compassion and be empathetic to everyone around you. The lack of some of our core fundamentals of life seem to have gotten misplaced for some and they need to be led in the right direction sometimes. You never know how you will impact someone’s life. Precious literally gave us a n new meaning in it life at the time she came into our lives and she gave us Joy again. Dogs are no different than us and deserve basic canine rights just as we have been given our basic human rights, that of course with these rights also give us our liberties. Precious was so brought so many wonderful new and memorable moments into our lives and she also made other people smile everywhere she went and Precious went literally everywhere we went. One of the memories I can’t help but smile about every time I think of was her first visit to a Braun’s. Precious ate what we did usually do of course we got her a cheeseburger and when we had ask finished eating we had to have ice cream… normally she would share with me but this time she looked just like a toddler begging for her own, so of course Precious had her own and this began her love for ice cream!
