Hey! My name is Sruthi Anne, and I’m currently a BSN-2 nursing student at UNC Chapel Hill with just three more semesters to go, so close to becoming an RN, and I couldn’t be more excited! I earned my associate’s degree while I was still in high school through dual enrollment at Wake Tech Community College (shoutout to saving money and getting ahead!). After that, I transferred to UNC to keep chasing my dream of becoming a nurse. I’ve been working as a CNA I for a little over a year now, and I’m about to get my CNA II certification too! Even during the school year, I work almost full-time because I truly love patient care and learn something new every single day. I’m also a proud first-generation college student in my family, and being a woman in healthcare makes this journey even more meaningful for me. When I’m not studying or working, you can find me painting something or hitting the gym - recently got into lifting. Health is wealth :)
