I am a proud United States Air Force veteran, an active legal professional, and an incoming Juris Doctor candidate driven by a lifelong dedication to service. During my military career, I had the privilege of working as a paralegal, discovering a deep passion for military justice and the critical legal protections owed to our service members. However, my trajectory was profoundly tested when I sustained a severe Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) during active-duty deployment training. My ultimate professional mission is to earn my J.D., put the uniform back on, and rejoin the military as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) officer. I am pursuing scholarship opportunities to help offset the collateral costs of my graduate education—such as technology, books, and family living expenses—so I can focus entirely on mastering the law. By combining my extensive paralegal experience with a rigorous legal education, I will use my career to advocate for our nation's service members, support disabled veterans, and prove to my sons that no obstacle is insurmountable when you are guided by a clear purpose.
