Bio

Not only am I a leader in the classroom and community, but I also actively hold leadership positions in many clubs and organizations. For Black Student Union, I am a key member in the leadership team that helps develop community service projects and fundraisers. My abilities as a natural leader have helped the club grow exponentially over the last year and helped the club raise over $1,000 for the Black Lives Matter movement. Curiosity is why I am a leader in the classroom, my extracurriculars, and will continue to be a leader for the rest of my life. I use my curiosity to ask hard hitting questions in order to learn and take that knowledge to achieve my goals. I am committed to sustaining a culture that respects the unique contributions of a diverse community and I hope this scholarship gives me the freedom to keep pursuing this project.
