Bio

My passion is for the arts and entrepreneurship. I aim to attend college in the fall of 2023 and study graphic design and marketing. With the skills and knowledge I will acquire by completing my bachelor's degree, I plan to intern in the graphic design field through my senior year and during the 2 years following my graduation. After gaining sufficient field experience, my ultimate career goal is to become a freelance graphic designer and media manager/coordinator.

The quality of your academic career will substantially increase if you establish a rapport with your teachers early in the school year. Your teacher(s) will be better equipped to understand you as a student and support your success in any way they can if you make an effort. This can be done through talking to them before/after class, participating in class discussions, reaching out to them via email if you have any questions or concerns about topics being discussed in class, and more! I have found that establishing relationships with my teachers had undoubtedly paid off. If a student ever needs assistance with class material, an extension on an assignment, or a role model to turn to in a time of need, teachers are much more likely to lend a hand in any way they can once that student forms an interpersonal connection with them. I hope this tip helps you like it has for me, and happy Back to School! instagram: sophia.todaro
