My passion for providing compassionate, equitable, and patient-centered healthcare has guided both my academic journey and professional experiences. At 23 years old, I recently graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences and will be attending Saint Joseph's University this fall to pursue a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. Through my work in a pediatric office, I have had the privilege of interacting with children and families from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have shown me the importance of meeting patients where they are, listening to their concerns, and ensuring that every individual feels respected, valued, and supported throughout their healthcare journey. Witnessing the impact that empathy and accessible care can have on patients and families has strengthened my commitment to becoming a healthcare provider who advocates for health equity and delivers care tailored to each patient's unique needs. Outside of healthcare, I enjoy fitness, art, and traveling. These interests help me maintain balance while fostering creativity, discipline, and an appreciation for diverse perspectives. All of which are qualities that I believe are essential in providing effective and responsive patient care. As I begin my Physician Assistant education, I am excited to further develop the clinical skills and knowledge needed to serve others with compassion and integrity.
