My contribution would be promoting awareness of mental health through proper representation on film and tv shows. Those suffering from mental disorders are often made into stereotypes or villainized on mainstream media. For example, someone suffering from Bipolar Disorder are often turned into abusers and aggresors rather than the victim they're more likely to be. Media often influences the world around us. It opens an avenue for discussion by putting specific subjects into the limelight. It can influence our opinions and thoughts on the world when it showcases a culture or a viewpoint we might not be aware of. By having proper representation of mental health and mental disorders on screen, we can then open the people's eyes to the genuine suffering of millions of people.

I will be alive with no regrets and have Ikigai [生き甲斐] in my life.
