I am passionate about nature, movement, and mental health and combining the three to help those from underserved communities heal trauma. I have extensive experience working in climbing and adventure sports and working with underserved communities in non-profits. My academic goals are to complete my Master's degree in clinical social work at the University of Washington and become a licensed clinical social worker. I hope to use my degree and license to treat people struggling with chronic illness, domestic violence, and queer identity by helping them process emotions through a combination of talk therapy, movement, and mindfulness.
