Bio

I'm a unique individual. I interpret things in ways that other people don't. I have hobbies that other people don't normally have. For example, I enjoy trimming and shaping bushes and hedges. I love the thrill of designing intricate outdoor designs. Designing is like a puzzle; it takes a while to piece together until you have a fully realized beauty. Setting up a flower garden is almost the same, just more delicate and the process taking longer. I can be assertive and start things no one else would. At the school I currently attend I started a Garden club to increase the beauty of this school by planting flowers and hopefully produce, for a full year we prepped the land and cleared away the unnecessary brush, branches, and garbage. We cleaned out a small pond to hopefully have the water start running once again. We planted flowers and cared for them every day. Throughout my life, I have experienced difficult trials on my own, trials that most people don't go through. I look back at how much I've grown since then. The things that happened to me broke me down but I built myself back up and was reinforced by new people who I now call the best friends I've ever had. Social structure is important. It strengthens and allows us to become stronger. I enjoy playing games and watching various shows. I quite enjoy indie games and I like creating fanart of the things I enjoy, one of them being Gravity Falls

Ever since I was little, I've been utterly fascinated with nature and the beauty it produces. I enjoy carving out and helping to reveal the true beauty that nature can hold. When I was little, I would spend hours upon hours outside, whether exploring or getting into mischief. It was always connected to nature in some way. I lived with nature my whole life, but who hasn't? Nature was always there for me, even when my family problems would get bad, I would be locked out of the house for hours with an empty stomach. I would get abused and verbally abused. I've had many struggling times in my childhood that eventually started affecting how I would react and changed the way I acted. My trauma made me shelter myself from any harm that could come my way, I lived in a shell in fear of getting hurt again. While I could make friends eventually, they would hurt me, and I would go back to my shell more damaged than before. This kept happening over and over, but the one thing in my life that never failed to put a smile on my face was nature. I love nature, and it's always been there for me, and I want to make a career out of it. I plan on becoming a Floral Designer, it's not the most practical, but it's my dream job, being able to work with plants and creating arrangements sounds like heaven to me. I have a really active imagination to the point where I can visibly piece together arrangements to see the correct way of building them. I may not be qualified to work in this field but I will sure try and reach those qualifications, the biggest problem I currently face is that I don't have actual work experience since all of the jobs require at least 2 years of expeiraince which makes it difficult considering I need a job to get the work experience but I need experience in order to get the job. I'm going to be graduating from Highschool in two weeks and I need as much funding as I can get so I can take classes that can help me get better and grow. I currently will be struggling to acquire funding since there's not many scholarships for things that have to do with nature or creative writing. My three passions: Nature, baking, and creative writing make it difficult to find scholarships that I can fill out the requirements for. Thank your for your time and offering this scholarship! My art medium is Pencils and markers. I enjoy creating drawings of nature and scenic locations whether they are fantasy or real locations. Whenever I'm drawing I burst with excitement for the final look, the suspense that occurs when I put hard work into the paper and hoping that the final result is how I pictured in my mind. Each time I finish my artwork the first thing I do is show other people because I love seeing people's reactions and that's how I register if my art is good or not, it depends on people's reactions and my own. Some of my art will be framed and some I'm currently wearing. My medium can spread to others and become something new. My art skills have exponentially increased these two years, especially this year, my style has changed, and the amount of time it takes to finish a sketch or a full drawing. It used to take me over an hour to finish a sketch and now it takes me at most twenty minutes. My medium used to only be pencils, colored and regular pencils, there was also a time when I only used shades of gray but I've grown and become more confident in being able to use colors and apply color theory. Color theory is still relatively new to me, I understand it a little more each day but I haven't fully learned about it. I've also developed skills for drawing plants and techniques to ensure my art looks clean and neat. Most of my art is Fanart because when you enjoy something and do things that relate to it, it makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. I have a very active imagination and creativity, which allows me to actually see what I want to achieve, I can imagine what different things will look like, this also helps with arranging flowers. I have knowledge of plants, I belive if you fully understand what your drawing by knowing the backstory, history and extra information if helps you to fully capture whatever your drawing. Drawing helps me relax and relieve stress but sometimes drawing can also stress me out because of deadlines or just not having the skill to draw certain things like hands. Drawing is a way of putting your emotions onto paper or a canvas and each emotion can create a different vibe, and feel, its a way of showing how you truly feel without having to talk about it. Art is a way of socializing and sometimes its a way to avoid interactions. Art is everywhere and everyone has it they just have to work for it and hone their skills. I'm still honing mine, I'm not the best artist but I'm getting better each day

For a while, I only liked drawing things in monochrome, but I've grown and I found the medium that suits me better. Markers. I love creating different kinds of sceneries, and each new one I make is a completely new experience. But out of all of them, my Favorite would have to be "Ba Sing Se." I drew Fanart of a show that I've grown up with and will forever love. It may not be one of the best drawings I've done but it's my favorite just because of where it comes from and it was quite enjoyable drawing despite the amount of cramps I had gotten from bad posture (Shrimp Syndrome). My art style is unique when it comes to drawing backgrounds and sceneries, I use a combination of stippling and Van Gogh strokes. This combination allows me to blend in while keeping a unique look. "Ba Sing Se" took me at least five hours in total, I would work on it late at night for over an hour or two, it would depend on how tired I would get. I drew it in my composition notebook unfortunately, which means it has notebook lines, despite this it still looks great and brings tears to those I've shown who understand it. Truly cultured people. I post the drawings onto a website I use, I take a picture then upload it. Unfortunately, my camera quality isn't the best so everything that I've post arent fully accurate unless I've drawn it digitally.
