I was born in Los Angeles.California. I weighed 4pounds 11 ounces.I was considered a premie at the time. My mother Francis Hellingshead and my father Jose Lopez. I never knew them because when I was born, they had sold me to Julie and Albert Sanchez, For 500 even before leaving the hospital. Little did I know it really didn't change my outcome even if I had been in foster care. I was finally adopted in Metcalfe County,Kentucky at the age of 14. I was adopted with two of my blood sibling out of nine of us in my blood family. My adopted family has been caring to a point. Being raised around crystal meth ,met, had it's challenges daily. I was adopted into a family of 7 children. Three are from the same mother and three from another and then one. Even to this date I'll never know why because my mother had passed when I was just 14. I married at the age of 18 to get out the house of my parents house. I had my first son at 21 years and on Feb 16th president day. My second son was born on July 4th, Independence day. My third a son born around fathers day and 3 days from mine. My last son was born around Easter so my family is all holiday babies. Moving to Metcalfe County, ky was rough because we were the first Hispanic family to move there. I was the only on that stood out using my Hispanic heritage. Never have I been ashamed of my heritage. I finished my high school at the age of 20 I even dropped out and went back. My English my worst subject of all. When I read, I read in both languages at the same time. I am not dyslexic, I just read with two languages and answer with two languages. I never had friends I always kept my nose in the books because I wanted to make better life for my children. Now I am 48 bought to be 49 in June. I am single after 3 terrible marriages, I am working on my bachelor's degree I will be the first and this will be a great accomplishment .I want to make a difference with diversity. Being a minority of Hispanic descents. I am proud of who I have become and I want to show the world who I am. I am here to stay and I will help all that ask whether they can pay me for my service or not. This is my time to give back.
