I am a veteran of the United States Army in the medial career. I am currently a medical field performing a duty that I do not enjoy doing. I decided to step out on faith and go back to school to get a degree in something I am really passionate about and that would be in the culinary field. I enjoy cooking as a hobby and for my family and friends when asked. I would also like to give back to the community by catering on the holidays to the less fortunate.

I would like to continue to pursue a higher education after 30 years doing something that I am very passionate about in the culinary field. I love to cook as a hobby for people. I get satisfaction the joy I see on the many faces. I would like to give back to the community and what better way to do that than to host dinners for the less unfortunate on the holidays in my community.
