Hi, my name is Shayla Lawrence! I’m an aspiring Clinical Psychologist with a focus on children and adolescents. I am a proud alumna of Howard University and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. I am deeply passionate about mental health care and advocacy, particularly for minority youth. My long-term goals include research on culturally responsive therapeutic approaches and working to expand access to mental health services in underserved communities.
