Many people in society have mental illnesses yet they aren't aware. In addition, many institutions do not take seriously the need to invest in mental health, they instead invest in illnesses like diabetes, obesity and high blood pressure. In my experience I've come to believe and understand that those who are mentally challenged can be helped, it may take time but with patience and consistency, one will eventually start seeing the results and progress of their work. I now know that not all beliefs related to mental health are true. I come from a community that often associates mental illness with witchcraft or bad omen and curses. However, after going through my course of study and research I know better that, in some cases that might be a reason but then not all cases after all as some are inherited and others are not. I believe that some patients with mental health challenges, with proper care and diagnosis, can still live a normal life like the rest of the world and they don't have to be discriminated but rather they need to be understood and helped down the path of recovery. In my relationships, I've learned to understand why some people act the way they do. For instance, I've had friends /relatives fall into depression and push people away, but I understood them and didn't judge them harshly. Instead, I did encourage them to seek and get help. I have seen some of them recover with constant encouragement, help, love and support. Losing loved ones to suicide after depression broke me and I learned to randomly check on people, even those that seem to be okay because people battle with a lot of unseen demons. Many will walk around with a smile plastered on their faces yet deep inside they are slowly dying. Aspirations I aspire to be the best in my line of duty /work. I plan to use the skills acquired and those that I will acquire shortly to help those that need my help. I aspire to have my private practice, which will mostly focus on children. I think children need to be protected and guided in the right direction because they have their whole lives ahead of them. I hope to start a foundation someday that will help those with mental health challenges as well as cover the cost for those that are not financially able to cover its cost. Additionally, I strive to help many people try to lead a normal life and I plan to guide them into embracing the challenges they face. I plan to create mental health awareness and reach a multitude of people and empower them with knowledge and the correct information on mental health care.

Generation wealth in my opinion are assets that are passed down from generation to generation. This is not limited to only monetary assets but intangible things that people overlook. A good example is health, in most cases people inherit either good genes or bad genes. Culture can also be generational wealth. We tap a lot of who we are from our families and the generations that have gone before us. We learn habits, beliefs and even practises like savings which help maintain the financial assets that are available. Generation wealth has to be preserved in order to be beneficial to future generation and to still be relevant. That's why a lot needs to be done to coach our children and grandchildren on how to effectively maintain and utilize resources so they can withstand the test of time. I did not come from a family of lots of disposable income but my parents taught me the importance of saving, investing in accounts that earn interest rates and in businesses that loan money and return it with good internet levels. Once an individual has mastered the art of working hard and being consistent,it is easy to make a good sum of money. However,if the earned money isn't used wisely or if the person doesn't invest it, it quickly vanishes. Money, property, stocks and bonds need to be treated with so much wisdom for them to go to the extent of being wealth and later generational wealth. I mentioned earlier that health can be generational wealth, to elaborate on this I will give an example of people who take care of their bodies by eating well and engaging in regular exercise practices. When you look at their kids more likely than not those children share in the benefits or being healthy. Some of these benefits keep them off frequent hospital visits unless it's a checkup or vaccines, that preserves the finances the family would have spent on medical bills. I would definitely want to have generational wealth that I can pass down to my kids. I am currently on a plan to better myself by going through college to be a professional in my line of work, I will be able to make good money. I also plan on opening a couple of businesses, that way am in a position to get several sources of income, making it easy to invest in other ventures. I am also a believer of long term investments, those that take 10-30 years to materialize. Most of them have outrageous benefits at the end. I will also coach my children on how to save and use money in a way that it will not get depleted before being beneficial. I will try as much as possible be take care of my body so as to give good genes to my children. By the end of it my grandchildren will benefit from my wealth and even generate more to benefit those coming after them.
