My name is Serena Hope. I am a sophomore student at Mt. Kinangop Girls High school located in Kenya. I am 15 years of age. "What are my life goals?"When this question comes up at times it is hard to have a direct answer but because being raised in a family where everything is done by planning and being taught that one cannot just wake up and say they want to do this and that makes the question quite easy. From the time I was in my seventh grade, Science became my best subject and I made it part of my life. I love watching movies," CSI, Blacklist, Gotham, Hawaii Five-0, Law & Order: SVU"just naming a few are one of the best things I love watching because they are based on what my dream career is. I have always been interested in Forensic science and making it my major I can say it is one of my life goals because I've always loved science and helping people out either physically, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally I want to major in something that can combine science and helping people out and I find Forensic Science as my calling, and I would like to major in forensic science in the United States Science is one of the most beautiful gifts to the human race which should by no means be distorted. I'm very passionate about science because I get to apply it to everything I do. In the game of chess, the king is the most important but the queen is the most powerful. Leadership is like the queen while academics is the king. I believe I am a great candidate because I take leadership as something powerful and academics very important.
