When did you find TXT? I discovered TXT in March 2020 during the pandemic lockdown. I stumbled across their debut music video “Crown” on YouTube and was instantly hooked by the fairy-tale visuals and joyful energy. Their music gave me comfort and hope when everything felt uncertain. Since that day I’ve followed every comeback, variety show, and live, growing alongside them as a proud MOA. What do you think is one of the most important characteristics of a MOA? One of the most important characteristics of a MOA is genuine kindness and support for one another. We celebrate each other’s wins, comfort each other through hard times, and spread the same positivity TXT promotes. This creates a safe, uplifting community where everyone feels seen and valued, just like the “alwaysness” in our fandom name. Do you have a TXT bias, and if so, why did you choose them? Yes, my TXT bias is Yeonjun. I chose him because of his fearless charisma, incredible stage presence, and the way he leads with both strength and warmth. Watching him grow from trainee to all-rounder inspires me daily. His honesty in lives and his passion for dance and music make me want to chase my own dreams with the same fire. Who is your ult bias, if any, of any group? My ultimate bias is Yeonjun from TXT. No other idol has captured my heart the way he has. His talent, humor, and dedication set the standard for me. While I enjoy many groups, Yeonjun’s journey and personality feel personal. He motivates me to be confident, hardworking, and true to myself in everything I do. What is your favorite TXT song, and why? My favorite TXT song is “0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You).” It perfectly captures the messy, painful, and beautiful reality of young love and heartbreak. The haunting production and raw lyrics always hit deep, yet the bridge brings hope. Every time I listen, I feel understood and less alone. It’s a masterpiece that grows with me. Have you had a chance to see TXT live in concert before? Yes, I saw TXT live in 2022 during their U.S. tour. The moment they walked on stage the whole arena exploded with energy. Feeling the bass of “Magic” and singing “0X1=LOVESONG” with thousands of MOAs was electric. It was one of the best nights of my life and made my love for them even stronger. What was your favorite album concept, and why? My favorite album concept is “The Chaos Chapter: Freeze.” It brilliantly explores freezing precious moments amid life’s chaos, which perfectly mirrored how I felt during uncertain times. The storytelling from the trailer to the tracks and visuals was cinematic and emotional. TXT turned a simple idea into an immersive world that still gives me chills. How are you currently paying for school? I am currently paying for school with a mix of federal student loans, part-time shifts as tutor, and small help from my family. I work 20 hours a week while carrying a full course load, which leaves little time for rest. How will the scholarship help you? What gaps can it fill? This scholarship would cover a large part of my remaining tuition and textbook costs, letting me cut back on work hours. It would fill the gap between my loans and what I can realistically earn without burning out. How has TXT influenced you for good? TXT has influenced me for good by teaching resilience, self-love, and the power of friendship. Their lyrics helped me through anxiety and self-doubt, reminding me it’s okay to feel lost sometimes. They inspired me to keep creating and to be kinder to myself and others. How will you use your education to do good in the world? With my degree in communications and media, I want to create content that promotes mental health awareness and positivity, just like TXT does through music. I hope to work with youth programs or nonprofits, using storytelling to build supportive communities.

For over a decade, I have witnessed how tailored support can transform frustration into confidence and isolation into belonging. Special education is not merely about accommodations; it is about awakening potential in students who are too often overlooked. This passion drives me daily where I strive to create classrooms that honor neurodiversity and affirm each learner’s inherent worth. Professor Harold Bloom, the renowned Yale Humanities professor with 65 years of teaching experience, captured teaching’s deepest purpose in Possessed by Memory: “I have learned that the purpose of teaching is to bring the student to his or her sense of his or her own presence.” I interpret this statement as guiding students toward profound self-awareness—an intimate recognition of their own thoughts, emotions, strengths, challenges, and inner voice. It means moving beyond external labels or deficits to help a child experience themselves as fully alive, capable, and present in their own story. “Presence” here is not mere attendance but an awakened consciousness: the student feels “I am here, I matter, and I have something valuable to offer.”In special education, this mission becomes both urgent and beautiful. My students often arrive carrying narratives shaped by struggle—autism, learning disabilities, emotional challenges, or physical differences—that can cloud their sense of self. My role is to clear those clouds gently and persistently. I accomplish this through individualized, strength-based practices. First, I build trust via consistent routines and sensory-friendly environments so students feel safe enough to explore who they are. Then, I use personalized learning pathways: visual schedules for autistic learners, assistive technology for those with communication differences, and multisensory lessons that let dyslexic students experience stories through touch and sound.I guide them toward presence by celebrating micro-moments of self-discovery. A non-verbal student who points to a favorite color and smiles when peers affirm it begins to feel seen. A child with ADHD who channels energy into a successful group project realizes their ideas hold power. Through reflective tools—simple journals with pictures, “strength shields,” or peer appreciation circles—I help students name their feelings and abilities. Social-emotional learning integrated with academics teaches emotional regulation while reinforcing identity. Progress is measured not only by IEPs but by growing self-advocacy: “I need more time,” or “This is how I learn best.”My mission is to equip every special needs student with the inner compass of self-presence so they navigate life with dignity and resilience. I want them to leave my classroom knowing their differences are not flaws but facets of a remarkable presence that enriches the world.
