My professional identity is defined by a unique balance of executive leadership and technical grit. As Vice President of my FFA chapter, I have developed the ability to manage diverse teams, oversee complex projects, and advocate for my community. These leadership skills were built on a foundation of accountability I learned growing up in a large family, where I first discovered the importance of clear communication and shared responsibility. I bring this same 'systems-first' mindset to my work in my brother’s business. Working in a family-run shop has taught me that professionalism is personal; I have learned to combine the precision of an auto mechanic with the high stakes of entrepreneurship.
