Bio

My professional identity is defined by a unique balance of executive leadership and technical grit. As Vice President of my FFA chapter, I have developed the ability to manage diverse teams, oversee complex projects, and advocate for my community. These leadership skills were built on a foundation of accountability I learned growing up in a large family, where I first discovered the importance of clear communication and shared responsibility. I bring this same 'systems-first' mindset to my work in my brother’s business. Working in a family-run shop has taught me that professionalism is personal; I have learned to combine the precision of an auto mechanic with the high stakes of entrepreneurship. Beyond my professional work, my volunteering efforts allow me to give back to the community that shaped me, applying my problem-solving skills to meet local needs. Whether I am presiding over a chapter meeting, diagnosing a mechanical failure, or serving my community, I am driven by a commitment to excellence and a 'hands-on' approach to leadership. I am seeking this scholarship to pursue auto mechanics, where I plan to use my technical expertise and leadership experience to drive innovation and support the industries that keep our communities moving.
