Hi my name is Savanna Stubbs! I'm a Canadian student-athlete currently studying abroad at Cumberland University, a small school located just outside of Nashville Tennessee. In terms of academics I'm pursing a bachelors in business administration with a minor in marketing! Im excited to say that I'm on track to be graduating in May of 2024. From there I plan to pursue my masters somewhere in Europe studying international business. I have always loved culture and travel so by taking advantage of study abroad opportunities I'm able to broaden my perspective as well as receive a well rounded education. As mentioned, I am a student athlete as I play varsity soccer at my school. While that doesn't leave me with much free time I try to utilize my spare minutes through work or volunteering. I mainly work as a peer tutor for other business students as well as work at my campus bookstore. On top of this I work in the admissions office as a student ambassador by doing things like giving tours and administrative work. My biggest life goal (as cliche as it sounds) is to travel the world. I've always wanted to experience life outside of my bubble and truly see what other cultures have to offer. I love to try new foods, learn the ins-and-outs of day-to-day life in other countries, and know no bounds to genres of music. If traveling full time was a career I would quite literally be the #1 applicant. I hope to one day turn this dream into a reality through educational and career success. Overall, my passion for culture and travel is my driving factor to success.
