A service oriented leader with 5+ years of professional and volunteer service. I’m passionate about serving community, especially abroad. I’ve spent 3+ years volunteering in Botswana. I love traveling and I’ve traveled to over 7 different countries. I spend my free time serving at my church in the choir, spending time with family and exploring nature. My dream is to live abroad permanently! I currently work as a patient care coordinator with Fred Hutch Cancer Center and I hope to continue in program coordination/management for an international non-profit organization .

Being a purposeful, responsible, and productive community member means refusing to live passively in a world that desperately needs bold action, compassion, and creativity.
It means recognizing one’s role not just as an individual, but as part of a larger collective striving for a better world.
It involves aligning personal passions with the broader good, taking accountability for one’s actions, and actively contributing to environments where all people can thrive. I believe that individual talents and passions can contribute to that larger collective and they are the bedrock of the needed foundational values. These values are not abstract ideals to me. They are guiding principles that shape how I live, work, and dream for the future.
I have a passion for social justice that stems from a deep belief that everyone deserves equity, dignity, and opportunity. Working at a cancer research center has only reinforced this conviction, as I witness firsthand how disparities in healthcare access and treatment outcomes affect vulnerable communities. I feel a responsibility to be part of the solution, to advocate for systems that serve everyone, especially those often overlooked. My work in science is not just a job, but a way to tangibly support life, health, and hope.
At the same time, I have always found power and purpose in the arts; especially through music. Singing is not just a form of personal expression; it’s a bridge between people, a tool for healing, and a force that can inspire change. I believe the arts have the potential to illuminate truths, amplify voices, and cultivate empathy in ways that logic alone cannot. In my community, I aim to use music and art as platforms for dialogue and unity, weaving creativity into activism and outreach.
Looking forward, I plan to continue integrating my love for the arts with my dedication to public service and social equity. I hope to lead initiatives that use creative expression to raise awareness, foster inclusion, and empower others (particularly youth) to find their voices and advocate for change. I believe it is every individual’s responsibility to contribute to more just, compassionate, and sustainable communities. By being intentional in my actions, accountable in my choices, and generous with my talents, I aspire to be a purposeful, responsible, and productive member of every community I am a part of.
In a world facing complex challenges, we need more people committed to using both heart and skill to make a difference. By allowing our passions, points of inspiration and overall values; with faith we will always embody the qualities necessary to truly be the community member that the world needs.
