Like romance? Like action? Like fiction fantasy? Like periodic pieces? Like foreign films? Alchemy of Souls has it all. It is a foreign periodic film that contains romance, action, and fiction fantasy. It keeps you on the edge of your seat, leaning in, wondering what is going to happen next, and it is easily binge-worthy. The romance is adorable. The show will have you blushing in embarrassment, smiling in bashfulness, and swooning over romantic scenes. At times your heart will flutter and be bouncing in joy. Some moments will leave you on cloud nine. Other moments will have you cheering on a character and hoping for the best for that character. The heart-warming romance will fill you with happiness. Every episode has thrilling and action-packed scenes. Your blood will rush as your heart's pace quickens in excitement. Your eyes remain wide eagerly awaiting to find out what will happen next. The mystery of the story leaves you curious. The fighting scenes and the fighting skills are top-notch and well-choreographed. The graphics and special effects are well done. When you watch Alchemy of Souls you enter into a new world. This world is a foreign, historical, periodic place that feels enchanting. Each episode has stunning environmental scenes. The natural beauty of the land, trees, and fields leaves you in awe. The architecture of the buildings, the old boats, and other props really wrap around into a well-done historical drama. The story is adventurous as it follows a group of alchemists who use their fighting skills against a mysterious cult that unleashes an evil force upon the world. No spoilers here, as I want you to find out what the plot and storyline are really about. My biggest pet peeve is hearing too much about a story that it gives away the story. Not many periodic K-dramas have a second season. Alchemy of Souls deserved it and leaves us wanting more episodes or a spin-off season. My favorite Netflix show is undeniably a must-watch. Easily binge-worthy for long nights after work and all weekend. I once stayed up until 6 a.m. and saw the sun peeping over the hill as I realized I binged-watched a little too much. Time easily slips away as you enter the new beautiful world. After seeing the show once, I rewatched it a little later and noticed things in the show that I didn't notice the first time. It is easily re-watchable as well. Just talking about the show makes me want to re-watch the show a third time. Do not miss the opportunity to watch this masterpiece.

The field of technology is massive and growing every day while the Warm Springs reservation remains left behind slowly catching up with the rest of society. My goal is the help the Warm Springs tribal reservation improve their skills in the field of technology. I currently work for a non-profit community organization called the Warm Springs Community Action Team as the Technology Workforce Analyst. In my current role, I am the project manager for recruiting Warm Springs tribal members into the field of technology. One of my roles is to obtain training, internships, apprenticeships, and entry-level jobs for the community of Warm Springs, OR. A little bit about Warm Springs, it is a small federally recognized tribe with about 3,800+ enrolled tribal members. About 97% of the population is low-income and living in the 98th poverty percentile. About 28% of tribal members have access to the internet, however, more each day are obtaining access to the internet. My goal is to obtain my degree first, while also continuing my recruitment and encouraging others into the field of technology. Recently, I obtained 500 scholarships for the Grow with Google program for the community of Warm Springs. I am now recruiting participants to continue learning in this program. I am currently enrolled in the IT support professional career certificate program and I am on week 5. I am currently reaching out to local companies to hire entry-level graduates for the program. My goal is to completely change the income average by having local tribal members obtain remote entry-level positions while still living in Warm Springs. Obtaining my degree gives me the opportunity to become the role of a mentor for those who plan to further their education here. I am currently a mentor for 2 students who are seeking their IT support professional career certificate. Recently, I had to explain to a student in a different way for them to understand binary code. While attending college and learning about binary code, I didn't understand it, it is hard. I researched on Youtube other training to learn it. I still couldn't learn it. However, while taking the Grow with Google IT support course, it was so much easier to learn and understand. I now understand binary code in a way that made sense to me. The training program is very thorough and describes things in a way for normal individuals to understand. I hope to continue to be a role model for other Warm Springs tribal members who are pursuing a career in IT and computer science.
    AI Innovators Undergraduate Scholarship
I am currently obtaining my IT Management degree with a minor in Computer Science. I have one year left before graduation. This summer, I had the amazing opportunity to join AI innovators from InspiritAI.com. I am on week 4, which is day 6 before we are beginning our first AI project. The project that we chose was Disaster Relief and AI. We will be working on this project for the next few weeks. The goal for this training is to gain the experience necessary to troubleshoot AI research programs. Over the last few weeks, I have been learning about linear regression, networking projects, classification, logistic regression, natural language processing, neural networks, TensorFlow, advanced neural networks, convolutional neural networks, and CNNs. The goal of learning about AI is to gain the necessary skills needed to further my career in machine learning and AI. Recent news is filled with AI as it is booming. I plan to be a part of the growing field of AI and learn how I may be able to implement it into other programs to benefit the local community. The application of AI is massive and growing with new ideas each day. It will be interesting to learn more about AI and learn where it will take us. On 7/17/2023, I recently obtained my training certificate in Cybersecurity. I will be earning my Cybersecurity certificate within this next month. I am also enrolled in the UX design GWG program to earn my professional career certificate in UX design. The goal of obtaining all of this training is to be well-versed in the field of technology and to become an asset for any company that I may work for in the future. My boss wants me to learn AI and create or utilize AI with the implementation into grant writing. How can AI be applied to non-profits to help relieve the stress in grant writing and applying for grants? Can AI be used as a search engine to provide lists of qualified grants? Can it narrow down to the top qualified grant applicants? Can it be used for writing techniques to improve writing acceptance to win awards for grants?
