Sara Clemens
Bio
Hello! My name is Sara Clemens from Denton, Texas, and I am currently a Senior studying at John H. Guyer High School.
I have always been a smart and creative person who loves to be challenged every now and then. I hope to go to College to get a Bachelor's Degree in either Biology or the Illustrative Arts so that I can better their industries one day.
The main career that I am looking for is to join the Air Force to become a Biomedical Laboratory Officer. That or do a short term in the Air Force, and then become a proper Biologist instead to better the genetics and reproduction sciences.
My back-up plan is to get an Arts Degree and to become a freelancer in Illustration Art, as I once made over 200 drawings in less than 10 months. I have always loved to practice Art since I was in Elementary School, and I have gotten many awards for my Art in the past.
Biology and Art are my best subjects, and I hope that one day I will use one of them to better the lives of others in the future.
I also have had ADHD since birth, which has made life more challenging for me than most people, but that doesn't stop me from pursuing my education to its fullest.

My name is Sara Clemens, and since I was little I always loved digital art. I believe that it started when I was in Elementary school when I would watch anime with my parents. My parents did not think that popular cartoons at the time were appropriate for children, so they would show me children's anime instead the majority of the time. It was not like I minded that much anyway, as I always loved how realistic and clean anime could look compared to other media at the time. Ever since then, I have been obsessed with making anime art and comics, as I wanted to make drawings just like the ones I saw in anime one day. At first, I would draw with mostly traditional art, as I didn't have any other way of doing art. However, eventually, my parents allowed me to have a phone of my very own. It was what I always wanted so that I could draw digitally for once, as I could finally get a clean and beautiful style of animation through my drawings. Even if my phone was not fully up to the task of drawing most of the time, it still at least gave me a way to create characters and produce comics which I wanted to do for the longest time, so I would try my best to use it anyway. When I got to high school, I finally was able to do something I wanted even more than that: to go to a Graphic Design Class with a fully working computer. I could draw both on the computer and on a drawing tablet to create any drawing that I wanted, which I couldn't before on my phone. The possibilities became so much greater for me, and I will always be so grateful that I can take the class for free in high school. My parents never really had much to spend on me or my siblings for our digital interests, so I want to pursue my dreams of digital art by going to college for it. I hope to keep going with my dreams of creating comics and character designs through education, along with learning even more which I could never know without it. I hope that everyone will know me as an artist who created animes and cartoons that they grew up with in later generations so that one day they would be inspired to do the same like me.
David Hinsdale Memorial Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and I plan on making a positive impact on my community by starting a small crafting business with my family. Since I was younger I always loved going to craft shows and conventions in my home city, seeing all of the creative and unique designs everyone could make on their own or with loved ones. I remember how I always felt so excited about the craft shows, and I wanted to give the same feeling to those younger than me as soon as I could. So when I learned that my family was deciding to start a family business, I became so thrilled by the news I immediately began to plan things out for it. We were going to have a woodworking section for my Father, a Resin section for my Mother, a beaded mask and art section for me, and multiple other crafts from my siblings. Unfortunately for us, the Coronavirus soon became widespread before we could take off, which meant that all of our plans came to a complete halt for several years due to time and money issues. It was disappointing at first, but soon we forgot about the business for a while as we were trying to adapt to the new lifestyle of COVID-19 like everyone else was trying to. About Four years later, I soon remembered the business we were going to make, and I believed it would be a great time to start it up again after everything died down finally. We were also much more experienced with new crafts after those years, yet we also did not have as much money as we used to before the Coronavirus struck. That is why we had decided that we would have to wait until mid-2024 to start our business up again: "Gremkitt Designs". Until then, my parents decided to put me in charge of getting everything ready to start it up again because of my excitement for it. The time and effort to start a family business with no previous experience is a strenuous task, but I believe that with enough determination I could do it on my own until we are ready to work as a family again. Our community believes in history and crafts more than anything else, so I want to use our new family business as an opportunity for those ideals to pass down to newer generations once everything is ready for us.
Top Watch Newsletter Movie Fanatics Scholarship
My Name is Sara Clemens, and if I were to watch a movie for the rest of my life, it would be the Christmas Movie "Klaus" by Sergio Pablos. From the story to the message to the animation, Klaus is a great movie that I could watch every day if I could.
The movie is about the spoiled son of a wealthy postage company owner named "Jesper", who never tries to do anything great as he only cares about his life of luxury at home. As punishment for this, his father forces him to become the postman on an island called "Smeerensburg", where he must deliver 6,000 letters within a year or be cut off from his family wealth.
Early on Jesper figures out that the people of Smeerensburg only care about the generational fighting between the two clans that live there; the Red-Haired Ellingboes and the Black-Haired Krums. Because of this feud, no one ever cares about mailing letters, or even sending their kids to school in fear that they would "mingle with each other's spawn" (Pablos, Klaus).
Jesper almost gives up his quest, until he finds an old cabin in the woods where a man named "Klaus" resides, who is an old toymaker that loves children. After some persuasion from Jesper, he and Klaus begin an operation where kids would write letters to Klaus and Jesper would deliver toys to houses at night.
Later on, when Jesper tells one child who messed with him that he was on Klaus' naughty list, the children of Smeerensburg begin to do nice things around the island. This niceness eventually starts to bond the two clans, making Smeerensburg a better and safer place for everyone. Even Jesper is affected by the new environment he and Klaus have created, no longer caring about his wealth by the end and only wanting to stay in Smeerensburg with the friends he has made.
There are two messages in this movie that are seen throughout the story: That anyone can forgive what happened in the past, and that "an act of goodwill always sparks another" (Pablos, Klaus). Much of the story focuses on mending a generational battle between two clans through acts of goodwill, which over time fixes the island. Generational trauma is still a big problem in modern times, so this message of forgiveness through good acts hits hard in a world where people prefer to hold a grudge rather than forgive.
The animation in this movie is outstanding as well. While the animation looks to be 3d, the entire movie was created with only 2d animation. It was even given the BAFTA Award for Best Animated Film back in 2020 for its spectacular visuals. It is quite noticeable how passionate the creators of this movie were when they were creating the animation and characters.
While the movie just seems like a regular Christmas film for children, I believe that many people can benefit from watching the film at least once. I, on the other hand, would love to only watch this for the rest of my life if I had to.
Brian J Boley Memorial Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and I want to help others with mental health and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) by finding the causes through biology and genetics. I may be looking into a degree that is not specifically for mental health like psychology, but the degree in biology that I am pursuing would definitely help out others with mental health in the long run.
I have always been interested in biology since I was younger, and I was especially interested in the human body on a cellular and reproductive level. The thought of learning how plants and animals reproduce and the passing of genetics to their offspring has forever been one of the most fascinating subjects to me. I wanted to learn how to identify the genetics that make specific traits in an organism, and then use that identification to see how it could be changed to further benefit the genetics of their offspring or create a procedure to change the genetics of the organism itself. However, even with that, I can relate myself to the struggles of mental health and neurodivergence.
I was diagnosed with ADHD when I was in kindergarten, but it was usually suspected that I had the disorder since I was born. I always found it hard to focus in class and at home because of it, and I couldn't understand why I had such a difficult time compared to my peers. I found it so frustrating that I couldn't follow the instructions as simple as them.
It was only when I got older that I began to learn that the disorder was usually inherited by a parent or ancestor, which meant that it was a genetic trait. That got me excited because that meant that there must be a way to look into the genetics of the disorder to see how it works more closely. There is perhaps a chance to use genetics to figure out how to make it less of a struggle for me and others who were born with the same disorder.
If I were to get a degree and a job in biology for mental health, I believe that I could help with mental health by learning what genetics cause a higher probability of having a disorder, along with finding ways to create prescriptions from the genetics to counteract the symptoms of the disorder. With this Scholarship, I could further help out the lives of others with mental health struggles through scientific research to make art
Fall Favs: A Starbucks Stan Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and my favorite fall Starbucks drink is the Pumpkin Spice Latte. The Pumpkin Spice Latte is a simple popular drink, but that is what makes it special to me. It is not trying to be anything big or fancy like some Starbucks drinks that they have, yet it is still a great drink that I enjoyed.
The first time I tried the Pumpkin Spice Latte was this year actually. Usually, my mother does not allow me to have Coffee or Starbucks, because she fears how I would react to the caffeine with my ADHD. But one day, while she was buying her Pumpkin Spice Latte, she allowed me to get a smaller version of it with her.
My mom handed the drink to me in the car as we were driving to school. The first thing I noticed was the Pumpkin Pie aroma coming out from the lid. It was a little bit warm to the touch, but it was nothing that a little waiting could not do. I had an important test that day where I needed to wake up fully to give it my full attention, which was why my mother allowed me to get the drink with her then, even if she was not sure what the consequences of it would be
I was very excited, and I was not disappointed by the flavor when I tasted it. It has a sweet and cinnamon taste to it, with a hint of pumpkin as an aftertaste. The drink was not too hot and not too cold, but just the perfect temperature that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside once you drink it. It reminded me of Pumpkin Pie at Thanksgiving, with the same pumpkin and cinnamon taste that makes your mouth water for dessert.
Even though I never had coffee before, I felt like it did a better job of keeping me awake than most coffees would. I did not feel the jitters or hyper from the sugar or caffeine that I hear about a lot, but more like a soothing jolt of energy to keep me awake throughout the day.
This Starbucks drink may be ordinary and over-hyped mostly, but I really do not care. I love the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and it is definitely by far one of the greatest drinks I have had in my life, which is why it is my favorite.
Disney Channel Rewind Scholarship
If I were able to make a crossover episode between my two favorite Disney Channel shows, it would be between "Lilo and Stitch: The Series" and "Phineas and Ferb".
The title of the episode would be "Inator" since the episode would be in the Lilo and Stitch universe and their episode titles usually consisted of the name of the experiment they were hunting for. Lilo and Stitch also had several crossover episodes already in their show, so it would make more sense to have it in their universe for this crossover as well.
Most of the characters would remain the same from the two series, except for a new character which would be called "Inator" by the end of the episode, named by Lilo like in every episode of the series. They would be a small grey creature with bolts for eyes, a magnetic nose, and a digital mouth. Their power would be the ability to give any inanimate object a mind of its own, which would be a way of mixing the two series in the crossover with the concept.
For this episode, we would replace the actual 526 experiment with this experiment, so that way there aren't 627 experiments to make it accurate to the real Lilo and Stitch universe still. The reason for this is that all experiments with 5 at the beginning of their name were known to be able to manipulate energy and the environment, hence why it would make sense for Inator's power in this episode.
The plot would start off with Lilo and Stitch working on a small prop for Lilo's Hula Dance Class as an extra credit project. However, Lilo would be having a hard time figuring out how to make it work, getting frustrated over it. Nani tries to explain to Lilo how she can always ask for help if she can't figure it out herself, but Lilo ends up storming out of her house with Stitch by her side, refusing to admit she needs any.
While walking around angrily around the island with Stitch close behind, Lilo bumps into Phineas and Ferb. They would have a friendly conversation, where it would be revealed why Phineas and Ferb are here. Lilo would bring up at some point how her project isn't working, but she still refuses any help when Phineas and Ferb offer it.
After all of this, the episode cuts to Inator exploring Lilo's room while the two are gone, revealing their power as they make Lilo's prop work. The two would see this and Inator once they come back, excited about the power and asking for it to do more, but it is revealed that Inator made all the items they brought to life evil to cause conflict in the story.
Professor Doofinsmirtz, who also came to Hawaii, would find Inator before Lilo and Stitch, using it for his newest machines to make them come to life to try to take over Hawaii. However, Perry the Platypus would stop them before the others do.
Lilo and Stitch try to stop everything on their own still without knowing Inator was stopped, but near the end of the episode they finally accept help from Phineas and Ferb to create an invention to collect all the living objects and grab Inator, with Lilo giving them a name at the end.
Lilo would give Inator a home in the end by helping to sell old living machines as a tourist attraction shop.
In the end, the moral of the story would be to not be afraid to ask for help.

Spider-Man Showdown Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and my favorite Spider Man actor has to be Andrew Garfield. 'The Amazing Spider Man' was the first time I ever watched Spider Man in a movie, and I loved how they used Andrew Garfield in it. The movie was more of a darker tone than the other Spider Man movies, especially in the sequel where Gwen fell to her death after Peter Parker couldn't catch her in time. However, Andrew Garfield does a great job at portraying this darker version of Spider Man. His face and figure was much more sharp, thin, and serious than Tom Holland and Tobey Maguire's were. His acting style was also well done, both in his Spider Man movies and and Spider Man crossover movie. He was able to express so much emotion when the time was needed for dark scenes. Even in the crossover Spider Man Movie "Spider Man: No way home", Andrew Garfield is able to capture the painful relief of saving Tom Holland's Gwen, knowing how he couldn't save Gwen in his universe. The way he is able to show that raw emotion as Spider Man and Peter Parker makes him one of the greater actors of the three.
I have seen all of the Spider Man movies, and all of the actors are pretty good at playing Peter Parker, but I believe that Andrew Garfield is the best Spider Man so far.
Minecraft Forever Fan Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and one of my favorite things about Minecraft is the sandbox part of it.
Minecraft gives the ability to create and destroy anything in the game, and unlike regular sandbox games, they give you a singular goal to complete if you wanted to: Defeating the End Dragon. The game allows for both creativity and a story, and with the story you can complete it in any way you wanted to as well. There was no fee or microtransactions back when it first came out, which made it where only your imagination was your limit in the game.
My favorite thing to do in the game itself was to create instead of destroy things. I loved to create farms and make replicas of the animals in minecraft with colored wool. It was peaceful and relaxing for me to do so when I was stressed about the real world. I preferred creative mode, as I could do whatever I wanted without losing all my stuff, but it was also fun to play survival sometimes to spend the time getting materials for giant stone castles without falling to my death. There were also times where in creative mode I would create the "infinite redstone circle": a device I would use by making Pistons and Redstone blocks in a circle and pushing a button to see the Redstones activate the pistons over and over in an infinite loop. It was a fun thing to do in my free time, and I began making more complex circles over time until you couldn't even tell it was supposed to be a circle before. That helped me with my creativity in the long run, as it helped me see how far I can push creative boundaries before it just looks
Minecraft was my childhood, and a way to express myself in a world that makes it hard for people like me to do so. I will always enjoy Minecraft for what it did for me, and I hope that the game continues to thrive for several years to come.
Anime Enthusiast Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and the Anime which I love to watch over and over again is Dr. Stone.
The Anime is about an alternate universe where a mysterious green light turns everyone into stone, destroying civilization to the point that it reverted back into the stone age. Over three thousand years later after the incident, a high-school student genius named Senku suddenly is freed from his petrification. He uses his knowledge of science to try to bring back everyone to create modern civilization again with the little resources he has. However, another high school student named Tsukasa, who is known for his incredible brute strength, attempts to stop Senku along the way in hopes for a primal life where the corrupt can not ruin society like in modern civilization.
The reason I love it so much is the science behind it, the characters that are met along the way, and the overall story.
The science behind everything in the anime was so well researched and accurate that the streaming service 'Funimation' had to remove two original scenes from the anime where Senku teaches the audience how to create alcohol and gunpowder. In one scene, Senku even made a substitute for Coca Cola using honey caramel, cilantro, lime, and carbonated water, which many people on YouTube have tested to learn that it does taste close to the source.
The characters are designed and well thought of as well, looking at the problems a stone age civilization would have. A good example is when in the anime, it is discovered that there was a small society which was not petrified yet lost all form of scientifical studies. They think of small things like pnenoumia as curses on the people, and scientific innovation as sorcery. There is even a part where two characters, who are near sighted and far sighted, call their eyesight the "blurry sickness", and it is only when Senku invents glasses for them that they realize how the real world is supposed to look to others. My favorite character in particular is Gen, who is a man who was cured by the petrification as well. He used to be a former magician in the old world, so he would use his magic tricks to persuade the stone age civilization into believing he is an all-powerful sorceror. He is a very interesting character who is just caught between all of the chaos most of the time, yet he does give a lot of humor to the plot as well.
But the best part about it would definitely be the overall story. It is a story about Brains versus Brawn, and it does well as to not place these characters into their average stereotypes in anime. Not to mention it argues both of the sides of the protagonist and antagonist, questioning the positives and negatives for each society the other wants to achieve. It lets you decide which to root for, even if the protagonist naturally gets more of the screen time and explanations for their work.
Dr. Stone is an incredible anime to watch, and I would recommend it to anyone that I meet who has an interest in anime.
Bright Lights Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and my plan for the future is to become an Artist or a Biologist when I am older. This scholarship will help me decide which future will be more accessible to me as well.
Ever since I was a child, I have always dreamed about becoming an Artist. Seeing animated videos on social media and watching anime made me feel excited. It was as if I was in another reality where everything was more beautiful and in a better style. So any time I could, I would practice my craft in making digital cartoon and anime art in a repetitive style for animation and other forms of media. One day, I hope to become one of the animation idols that I had learned to be inspired from the very beginning.
If that didn't work out in my favor, however, my backup plan would be to become a Biologist. I have always found how the body works on a cellular level to be a very interesting topic. Specifically, Biology in Genetics and Reproduction was what interested me. The thought of having the ability to manipulate the genetics and physical attributes of people made me feel like I could one day benefit those around me with that kind of gift. If my dream job of becoming an artist wouldn't work out, I decided that I would become a Biologist in those two fields instead.
The reason I need this scholarship is because it is one of the factors in my decision for whether I will choose my dream job or a close second. In this modern day, with AI Art and fast-paced trends on the internet, it has become close to impossible to find a steady job in the Art community that can be relied upon. It is thus that without scholarships, my dreams for an Arts Degree may be shattered due to how much in debt I would be in after getting one. Although I greatly believe in my Art's potential in the world, the newest trends and changes in the Art world could make my job go from a steady one to an unstable one that I wouldn't be able to pay off my debts with.
Whether an Artist or a Biologist, I believe that I would be able to make a positive impact on the world. The question is though: Will you grant me the scholarship that will help me decide my fate?
Book Lovers Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and if I were to recommend a book to everyone, I would choose 'Educated' by Tara Westover. It is a nonfictional memoir about a girl who never went to school due to her parent's beliefs while living off the grid, until one day she decided to go to college against her family's wishes and earned a PHD in History.
Her father was a paranoid religious fanatic who believed that dooms day would be upon them eventually, along with believing the government was against them to the point he never let any of his kids have legal documentation of their existance. Her mother believed in Chakra and spiritual energy, but to an extent that she never allowed any of her children proper medical care because she believed it would give them toxic energy. Even one of her older brothers would manipulate her into doing whatever he wanted for the majority of her life without any repercussions.
Without any support, very little money, and no knowledge about modern life, she was still able to escape her abusive family to find a better life in the world.
This book reminds us that no matter our background, our beliefs, or how much support we have from our family, that with enough determination we can still have our dreams come true. It also reminds us how others can be abused or manipulated by their families, but because they were raised in that environment they think that it's normal to go through the pain. Which is why we have to show them that there is in fact another option for them to live out their lives outside of what they believe to have been normal this whole time, along with giving them the opportunities to live out their dreams some day.
Strong Leaders of Tomorrow Scholarship
To be a good leader, you need to have the skills for it. Fortunately for me, I have attained these skills in my life through past experience. My name is Sara Clemens, and what makes me a leader is my problem solving skills, my creative outlook, and my determination in life.
I come by several problems daily because of my school life, my social life, and my life as a show director. That is also not including my ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) or unplanned events like new deadlines. With all of these problems, I have to make solutions every day to balance them out so that things don't become too chaotic for me. I sometimes organize things to do this, but most of the time I solve these problems by creating unique solutions.
This is why I have to get creative with my time so that I can get everything done before deadlines are due. With only 24 hours in the day, I have to use every single one to be productive when I can. One time I took turns studying for a test and working on an art project which were both due the next day; I was able to pass the test and finish the deadline with that solution.
My creativity does not stop at time organizing either, as I use it for several other things in my life as well. I use it every day when I draw, using my creativeness to produce artworks that no one has ever seen before. I also use it when playing Dungeons and Dragons, a game created for leadership and creativity of the imagination to make a good story with friends. Without creativity, I wouldn't be able to make as much fun and entertaining things for others that I already have.
But the one thing that drives me most and makes me a leader is Determination. Without determination, I wouldn't have done over half of the things I did before. The reason I went to a JROTC Leadership Camp and completed it was through sheer determination. The reason why I took so many Advanced Placement classes during my High School life was through sheer determination. Even the reason I have worked for over a year on an animated show and continue to work on it is through sheer determination. I am a strong and determined leader, and I won't let anything get in the way of my dreams and goals in life.
Creativity, Problem Solving, and Determination are all apart of a good leader. And it is what makes me a great leader as well.
Mad Grad Scholarship
Everyone has their own dreams, their own inspirations, and their own motivations. Even so, I think that mine is one that will not only satisfy only me but others as well. My name is Sara Clemens, and my reason for wanting to pursue art as a career is because of my childhood dream and a series that I will not quit on.
Ever since I was in Elementary school, I have always strived to make something that would one day become loved by others besides myself. I started off with traditional comic books when I was younger, making small comedic stories to show off to my parents. Then I learned how to make character designs and work with a more simple and colorful art style. After that, I learned how to craft with different media like Kandi Beads, Woodworking, and Inscribing.
About a year ago, I decided to take all of my experience to start working on a series based on some games that my best friend and I would play all the time since we were little. It is called "C.R.P.W.: Country of Ralip PaneW", and it's a fictional political comedy series about monsters ruling a Country that recently gained Independence. Even though both my best friend and I made the idea for the series, I have been the one who creates all of the visuals for it including the character designs, the world-building, and the smaller artistic details.
I was going to make an animation of the series at first, but I decided that it would be smarter to make it into a comic book instead so that it would be more noticed by others before it would turn into an animation. Either way, it is still my dream that one day the series will be completed and become a favorite for many. Just my way of doing so may change as I work on it more for others to enjoy.
My dream is to make a comedic series that others will enjoy, and I believe that the best way of doing so would be to expand my artistic abilities through college. However, I don't think at this time that without proper scholarships would I be able to get a Major in the Arts, and instead, I would have to go with something more reliable financially like Biology. Although I enjoy Biology as well and hope to get a degree in it too, it has never been my one true dream like the series I have been working on.
With enough determination and support, I hope that my dream will become a reality one day, and with it, I will make others happy with the final product like I would be.
Disney Super Fan Scholarship
Most people would prefer the stories or the music of the Disney movies, but I am not like most people. My name is Sara Clemens, and my favorite thing about Disney is the visuals and animation.
Ever since I was a child, I loved everything about the Art that Disney would produce. The colors, the lighting, the characters; I have always enjoyed the art more than I did the actual stories at some times. It didn't stop when I got older either, as it was like the animations became more refined as the years flew by for both of us. Every animated movie or show that would come out would not dissapoint my eyes as I watched them, seeing the new and magnificent concepts that they had made. Disney was one of the reasons why I wanted to become an artist so badly, so that I could make amazing animations like them one day.
My favorite movie in particular was "Lilo and Stitch", due to how unique the entire movie looked visually. The female characters weren't given exaggerated features or feminine faces like most Disney Princesses, yet they were still beautiful in their own way. The backgrounds were made of watercolors instead of the regular way for Disney, yet the backgrounds still were complex and natural to the movie. Disney took many risks in their artistic appearance with the movie, yet it became one of their most popular movies because of it.
That said, there were some times where I was not impressed by their sequels for the movies made before I was born. Even when I was a child, I would notice how the sequels of the Disney Renaissance movies weren't as good as the first ones artistically. The characters were more stiff, there was never any good lighting or shading, and the characters looked much less detailed than their original movie. It was depressing for me to see how Disney used to crank out these sequels for the money without thinking of the art.
I was grateful when they stopped doing cheap sequel animations after the Renaissance, as it made me as hopeful as ever for Disney. The sequels that Disney makes now are more detailed and creative than what they used to make, and they would improve on the animation instead of simplify it. I was glad that they were able to learn from their mistakes, so that they could produce more extraordinary animations during the years.
I agree that the stories and the songs of Disney are beautiful in their own ways, but my personal favorite of Disney will always be the art and animations that they have created.
I Can Do Anything Scholarship
My dream version of my future self would be a successful Artist and Biologist, like my Idol Leonardo Da Vinci.
Barbie Dream House Scholarship
My name is Sara Clemens, and my Barbie Dream House would not be the dream house for everyone, but it would be the Dream House for me. My dream house would be a pastel pink color design with a two-story building as the base. I would make half of the stairs be a slide instead so that you could slide down instead of walk down the stairs when you want to get back down quickly. My house would also be art-themed, with several rooms besides the main kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom having interactive art pieces to play with and to express your creativity. One room would be an art studio room that would have a mini canvas that you could draw on to make it look like Barbie is drawing it. Another room would be a living room which would be completely pure white, including the furniture, so that way you could get really creative with what you wanted to do in there and color it however you wanted with some markers. I would even have a Barbie who had long white washable hair that you could color however you wanted. All you would have to do is wash out the colors out of her hair with some water and you could do that however many times you wanted to. My Barbie Dreamhouse would all be about art and creativity. Perhaps one day that Dream House could be real and help out a child to become a creative artist one day like me.

Have you ever wanted something that you thought you did not need before until you found it? Hello, my name is Sara Clemens, and I have been obsessed with finding a career in the Air Force since I joined Junior ROTC during Freshman year. My mother was the one who told me that I had to join Junior ROTC on my first year of high school, and I have been going there every year in high school since. At first I thought that it was not that good since it was the year of Covid 19, so I could not socialize or talk to anyone else since I studied at home that year. However, when I went back to the class the next year due to my mother again, I found it way more interesting than before. I learned that the Military is not just a job but a second family; A family who protects each other and the home that they love. I met older students who guided me through the learning process, and I was able to have way more experiences than I ever could have thought of without the class. My heart was set for it as well once I learned I could also use my dream subject with the Air Force as well: Biology. With the Air Force, I could better not just the United States, but also the future of the people Biologically. I would get a Biological Job in the Air Force to better the genetics and reproduction sciences to help with making cures for diseases that have been tormenting our country for many generations, like Cancer and HIV. Besides JROTC, I have been learning with my Uncle more about the Military as well when I visit him. My Uncle is a former Soldier in the Army, so he would teach me about certain practices in the Military when I had the time to visit him. He was one of the reasons that I stayed in the class for so long as well, since he is a very caring yet tough guy who protects the things he loves with all his being. One day I hope to make the world a better place not just for me but for the people of my country as well, and that starts with going to college to become an Officer and a better leader in the Air Force.
