Bio

I am currently pursuing the Environmental Design Program: Architecture Master Preparation Option with an emphasis on sustainability and LEED awareness (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). With this educational training and research I will be able to enter a design profession that has the power to positively influence and shape our daily spaces along with improving quality of life. I believe creative designers and architects have an important role to bridge the gap as our built environment proceeds to sprawl while our natural environment continues to alter, especially in areas of vulnerability and humanitarian conditions. This merits my strong interest toward the ideology of holistic design. I deeply and passionately aspire to communicate the importance of human interaction with the environment, and largely the community with its history in future architectural design projects. I look forward to a future where I can use my creative design skills to explore solutions in humanitarian development. After completing my degree in Architecture I plan to spend the first few years working as an architectural intern for a successful architecture firm where I can reach the required cumulative working hours to pursue my licence as a registered architect. My dedication to design research and project management provides me with the necessary ambition to succeed, while my extensive interdisciplinary work experience and additional coursework in LEED provide me with the necessary skills. I take pride in my work and intend to take full responsibility for it.
