My name is Samiqiel Berry. Things that I enjoy doing in my spare time include making podcast and sewing. I’m really big on advocacy and using my voice to speak up for what I believe in. Sewing allows me to further express myself through making new clothing designs and making a statement. As a first generation college student, my goal in life is to beat the odds and display to others that the environment someone grows up in doesn't determine their future/ outcome in life. I would describe myself as an intelligent and dedicated individual who uses my past challenges and circumstances to motivate me and inspire me to do better and obtain my goal lifestyle.
