Hi! My name is Samantha Lecocq, and I am a motivated senior at Haddonfield Memorial High School with a passion for art, education, service, and exploration. I am an active member of both the National Honor Society and National Art Honor Society, which has inspired me to seek out meaningful opportunities to give back to my community. Currently, I volunteer weekly at a local elementary school, where I am gaining valuable classroom experience and strengthening my passion for working with young students. My goal is to major in Elementary Education and become a teacher who makes a positive impact on children's lives. I have always enjoyed helping others learn, grow, and build confidence, and I look forward to turning that passion into a career. One of the most unique experiences of my life was spending the first half of my sophomore year traveling across the United States in a renovated school bus. During that time, I visited all 48 lower states and had the opportunity to experience diverse communities, cultures, and perspectives firsthand. This incredible journey broadened my worldview and deepened my appreciation for learning both inside and outside the classroom. Whether through volunteering, creating art, or exploring new places, I am always looking for opportunities to learn, connect with others, and make a meaningful difference in my community and beyond.
