What does self-worth mean to you? One way I spread the message of self-worth is by improving other's self-esteem through hairstyling. I am looking for funding to support my education as I develop my cosmetology skills. I love to help people realize their beauty and feel confident in themselves. I plan to further this interest by donating my time and services to women's shelters to prepare for job interviews and make them feel beautiful. My career goals include owning my salon and building a satisfied and loyal clientele. I have already started to collect clientele by styling hair for weddings and other special events for discounted prices. Your funding will allow me to bring quality salon services and local shelter support to my community. My cosmetology education will enable me to serve my community better and promote self-worth.
