My life goal is to make a difference when it comes to dealing with injuries and setbacks in the world of athletics. My whole life I have grown up around sports; whether it was watching my brother play soccer or watching NFL games every Sunday. In addition, I was put into sports at a young age. I know what it’s like to have everything going your way, when it comes to your success in your sport, and what it’s like to have that suddenly ripped away. Overall, I can relate first hand with how difficult it is to deal with an injury and everything that comes with it. My goal in life is to make sure that I can help fellow athletes understand how to properly take care of their bodies. I want to make sure people understand taking a break to heal is not a bad thing. I don’t want athletes to quit their sports because they fell out of love with it after an injury. There are so many things I wish went differently for me when it came to recovering. I want to guide athletes down the path of healing while also taking into account all the challenges that comes with recovery.
