Growing up as a Filipino-American has undoubtedly had a profound influence on my purpose in life. From a young age, I was surrounded by family members who instilled a strong sense of cultural pride and identity. I was taught to value my heritage and to strive to give back to my community. As I got older, this sense of pride and identity deepened and informed my purpose in life. The Filipino-American community is known for its resilience and hard work. My family taught me that to be successful, and I had to work hard and stay focused on my goals. My Filipino-American identity has also taught me the importance of giving back and helping others. Growing up, I saw firsthand how my family members would go out of their way to support their families and friends.
