I am the founder of “Three Wishes for Ruby’s Residents”, a nonprofit I started at age ten to combat loneliness in nursing homes by fulfilling small personal wishes for seniors. My work spans 8 years. My mission has grown into a nationwide effort serving thousands of residents and has earned national recognition, including being named **CNN Hero of the Year. I plan to pursue a career in healthcare focused on improving quality of life for older adults in long-term care.
