After a high school experience of struggling through COVID, isolation, parents with marital issues, and a mom with breast cancer, I'm moving on to college at Texas A&M University San Antonio to study computer science with a minor in business. I graduated rank 9 of 549 from my high school with an associates in mathematics from South Texas College in the dual credit system, while playing in the school's orchestra and mariachi, as well as passing 5 AP exams with an AP Scholar title. Although life made high school a rough ride, I gave it my all and would say I succeeded given the cards I was dealt. Moving to university, I'm determined to do the same.
