I am determined to unlock my greatest potential. I have always been dedicated not only to my education but also reaching my goals. I work extremely hard to maintain strong academic performance, as well as involvement in extracurriculars that have developed my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills. Whether it be track practice, volunteering in my community, going to work, spending time studying, or going to the gym, I apply myself entirely. Each and every activity that consumes my time is an investment into my future. I do not take any opportunity lightly and am always striving to better my own life, as well as make a positive impact on the lives around me. With that being said I plan to get my bachelors degree in Political Science in order to go to Law School post grad. My dream is to become an attorney who can make a difference, and fight for those who deserve someone in their corner. I hope to open my own practice down the road, and build strong relationships with clientele that know they can trust me. I plan to achieve this by sustaining the same work ethic I have throughout high school and applying myself to my best capability in everything I do. Receiving a scholarship would help to alleviate the financial burden of getting my education and allow me to focus on reaching my goals, strive for excellence, and make a positive impact on campus, and beyond.
