Hello, my name is Richard Rabion from Camden, Arkansas. My biggest goal in life is to become a Family Physician so that I may help children and adults alike be in the best shape they can possibly be to live out their best life. I’m most passionate about the art of music. As a musician myself for Camden Fairview High School Band, I’ve grown to love the art of music and everything it stands for. If I could play music as a full time career and become a great in the art, I would happily take that opportunity, but I also want to help people overcome diseases and be in the best shape of their life, so I’m also slightly split on the two. I believe I would be the best candidate because I present and hold myself up to high standards. With a current GPA of 4.02, I hold myself accountable when it comes to getting the grades I need to succeed in the goal I set for myself which is to become a Family Physician. I am very capable of doing the work that is required of me and continue to study hard to come out on top of my classwork.

As far as I can remember, I’ve always been the kind of person who wants to help people in any way possible. I was born and raised in Camden, Arkansas to Aja and Richard Rabion. Growing up, I saw many things and experiences situations that would probably scare a young kid to not want to reach personal goals, but I always push myself to overcome those fears and put my best foot forward.
Even though I mostly grew up with two parents, there wasn’t really much that I really remember being taught. Before my mother passed away, there was one thing that I can remember learning from watching her handle her own health situations. She taught me that no matter what situation you’re going through and how bad it might seem, we should still push forward and live our lives to the fullest. Watching her battle through her disease only made me want to help her in any way I could. It also made me realize I could face anything in the world if I just put my mind to it; not only did it show me this, but it also showed me that the best possible solution for helping other people and maybe even curing their diseases is to become a medical doctor.
In college I plan on pursuing my lifelong dream in becoming a Family Physician. Majoring in Biology, I would like to help people from all different backgrounds to diagnose their ailments and promote the importance of good health and knowing your medical history. I want all people around the world to be able to see their loved ones in their healthiest state possible without the fear of knowing medical history of potential diseases. My goal in this profession is to assure families across America that they will always have someone they can count on when it comes to the ways of practicing medicine. I want the people of the world to look at me as the pinnacle of greatness as to what a medical doctor should be and what they can truly accomplish with the lives they can save by being their greatest self each and every day.
As a Family Physician, I want to be able to make a positive impact on the ones around me and make every day special for them. From patient to co-worker, I want the people around me to see what wonders life truly has in store for them. I want my peers whom I’ve gone to school with for so many years to look at me and see that there’s joy in every little thing we do and accomplish in our life no matter how insignificant we may think it is. I want my future kids to be able to look me in the eyes and say that they are proud of the man I am and admire all the people I help on a daily basis. Most importantly, I want my entire family who has watched me grow up to see the positive and inspirational things I accomplish through saving lives every day to help manage against diseases and eradicate as many as possible to promote healthy living for the entire world.
