Thank you for your consideration! My name is Richard Diaz and I am a man on a mission! Right now I am currently working on two degrees and two certifications. I am currently working on my Real Estate degree. I have two semesters left and then I will start my Paint and Body certification Spring of 2027. Which will be followed by my ASE certification and then my Small Business Management degree. My goal with these degrees and certifications is to one day open an automotive repair and restoration shop, for my family to operate and run; until the end of time. I grew up working on my 76 Camaro in High school. I would drive it, race it, and fix it. I have always had an interest in cars. My 76 Camaro turned my interest into a hobby, obsession, and a life style. I became a regular at the local race tracks. My interest in cars guided my career choice when I joined the Army. I knew I wanted to work on something badass and when the recruiter said I scored high enough to be an Apache Helicopter Crew Chief, it was over. I signed that dotted line before they could read me any other options. I loved working on my Apache but there are not many Apaches in the civilian world. As I get older I am focusing more on what I am doing here? Why did Richard Diaz come into this world, what did I come here to do, and what do I want to do? The short and easy answer to that is I came here to protect and guide my family and community. I currently have 17 nieces and nephews and they all share my love for automobiles. We are a family of gear heads. My step father made sure of it, teaching us what he can when ever we listen. That is why I do what I do. Everything I do is to help my family and community. That is why I am currently working on the degrees and certifications that I am working on. To one day open up an automotive and restoration shop for my family to own and operate. This allows me to leave behind not only my legacy but resources for both my family and community. I will help my family by providing a place to learn, grow, achieve financial stability, and serve our community with honest, reliable, and affordable automotive services. I here it is hard to find good honest help. Our family shop will help fill that void by offering dependable service at a price that is fair to all. Any and all support will be greatly appreciated and it will not go to waist. Thank you.
