While I may not have a fully formed vision for my brand, Find Your Path Apparel, I am driven by a deep sense of purpose and the determination to accomplish essential tasks with precision and excellence. My brand is founded on three core pillars: empowering young adults, fostering innovation, and promoting sustainability in the fashion industry. As I journey through this endeavor, I have come to realize that it is more than just a business venture; it is a movement to help young adults rediscover themselves and pave the way to happiness and fulfillment.
The foundation of Find Your Path Apparel lies in the culture and energy of teenagers and Gen-Z. Their authenticity and enthusiasm fuel the brand, and without their support and involvement, there would be no Find Your Path. Through my designs and collections, I aim to inspire and encourage this demographic to embark on their personal journey of self-discovery. I strive to create a lifestyle of success and prosperity and to provide resources that aid young adults in attaining their dreams. Beyond merely producing garments, my brand aims to ignite a movement, fostering a community that empowers and uplifts one another.
In addition to empowering young adults, I am driven to explore new frontiers of innovation and growth. The fashion industry is ever-changing, demanding designers and brand owners to continuously create fresh trends and unique designs. This aspect of owning a brand presents its challenges, with moments of creative block, technological hiccups, and uncertain market reception. However, my passion for my business keeps me going even during the most trying times. When thoughts of giving up encroach upon my mind, my commitment to the brand and its mission fuels my perseverance. The drive to push boundaries and seek new opportunities for innovation propels me forward.
Yet, my aspirations for the brand extend beyond mission statements and creative pursuits. Sustainability is a paramount value that I strive to integrate into every facet of Find Your Path Apparel. I recognize that remaining relevant in the fashion industry is essential, as falling off the radar could lead to reduced brand awareness. Thus, I remain deeply mindful of my customers and their evolving needs when making decisions. My brand is dedicated to prioritizing eco-friendly practices throughout the production process. From sourcing organic fabrics to upcycling materials and adopting energy-efficient manufacturing methods, I aim to reduce our carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable fashion landscape. By leading this charge, I hope to transform the fashion industry into a positive force for change and conservation.
In essence, Find Your Path Apparel is not solely about garments, but rather a platform to empower young adults to discover their purpose and strive towards fulfilling their potential. As someone who once navigated the labyrinth of self-discovery, I understand the challenges of feeling lost and directionless. This profound personal transformation has driven me to believe that my purpose on this earth is to guide and support young adults who find themselves in similar predicaments.
In conclusion, while my brand may not have a fully articulated vision, its purpose remains steadfast—to empower young adults on their journey of self-discovery. Find Your Path Apparel is more than just a business; it is a vehicle to facilitate positive change and help young adults navigate toward their dreams. As I progress along this path, my passion and purpose converge, and I am eager to see the transformative impact that Find Your Path Apparel will have on young adults seeking guidance, fulfillment, and a life well-lived.

In the beginning of my sophomore year, I thought school would be a breeze. I had underestimated the challenge of sophomore year. However, my misconception regarding my sophomore year quickly shattered when I encountered an unexpected obstacle. In November 2021, I contracted Covid-19, which resulted in a series of difficulties. Forced into isolation for a month, I couldn’t attend school or interact with friends or family and had to complete my school assignments virtually. Because of constant headaches and body pain that made it nearly impossible to concentrate, I struggled immensely with school assignments. This hurdle caused my grades to slip drastically, and I became disconnected from the outside world, succumbing to the pressure and committing an offence that is completely unacceptable. I had nothing left in my tank so at the time I thought I needed to do this.
I vividly remember the day of that math test. Feeling ill-prepared, I nervously walked into the black box room, designated for students who needed to make up missed tests and quizzes. Holding my notebook in my hand, I attempted to quickly review my notes before starting the test. Feeling my anxiety screeching in, I failed to put away my notes, and as the questions stumped me, I found myself peeking at them. Just as my math teacher entered the room to deliver another student’s quiz, he caught me referring to my notes, although I’d already received the test. Panic flooded my heart, and I felt a surge of fear. He took my test away and sternly questioned why I cheated, pointing out that the test was not open note. The response I provided him with was a feeble admission of ignorance. The consequences were swift; I was given five detentions. The severity of my punishment made me realize how close I was to getting kicked out of school. Reflecting on my actions and their repercussions, I’m so grateful for the experience and what it taught me.
Looking back on everything, I realized that my impulsive and impatient nature had contributed to my downfall. I was just set on getting an A on this test because my grades were plummeting from my extended absence from school, which fueled my desperation to excel in that particular test, leading to my reckless decision. However, I am committed to personal growth and have since acknowledged that thinking before acting or speaking is crucial. While I still grapple with taking the time to consider before moving forward, I’m always trying to overcome it. I firmly believe what separates a man from a boy is the ability to think critically, exercise patience and make thoughtful decisions. I cheated, yes, but it doesn’t make me any less of a student.
My encounter with Covid-19 and the subsequent challenges I faced taught me valuable lessons about resilience, patience, and the consequences of impulsive actions. I have grown from that difficult period, understanding the importance of thinking before acting and preserving
