Bio

Hey! My name is Rashid! Currently, I am a graduate of my alma mater, Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota. In college, I majored in Communication (primarily focusing on Strategic Marketing), minored in Psychology, and pre-professional focus in Medicine. And, during my years at school, I was able to start a business where our team is able to give back to communities around the world. My goal in life is to be in the best position possible so that I can give back professionally and philanthropically. Professionally I see myself working in health care, maybe Doctors Without Borders, on the front lines providing aid for our troops, or simply in an operating room. As an entrepreneur I want our team's hands to be able to reach the edges of the world even when I am not personally there. I will not be in any position that does not bring me a step closer to accomplishing the end goal. What makes me an ideal candidate is my ability to take hits, overcome adversity, and accomplish goals. Prior to going to high school, I had to grow through my parents separating and my biggest idol (my sister) passing away. I also graduated college despite losing my dad and going through academic probation. Now I am eager to get my Doctorate complete my mission. I am excited to be here on Bold.org , hopefully my story will be able to inspire others around to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Be BOLD!
