Bio

After taking a hiatus from college to see if establishing a career in the recreation industry was for me, I realized I couldn't stay away from school and sciences. After slowly chipping away at my general STEM pre-requisites at the community college and finding my passion in the overlap of people and environment, I applied to graduate school for Landscape Architecture and Environmental Planning. My academic and career goals are to understand and push our knowledge about culture, built and natural environments, ecology, and use design and science to build holistic habitats for people and wildlife alike. Areas of interest: intersectional environmentalism, greenscaping, wildlife conservation, coastal studies, geomorphology, urban green spaces, and habitat restoration.
