Bio

Fueled by my personal experiences and academic interests, I have developed an interest in practicing neurology as a physician and even taking on clinical research. In my 1st generation Nigerian household, I am the eldest of 4 children, who will likely also pursue a 4-year degree. This is a financial consideration that I have had to weigh into my decision to further my education. My goal of pursuing a medical degree thus also presents a significant financial strain. Therefore seeking financial assistance through the scholarships presented would allow me to dedicate more time and energy to my studies and extracurricular goals. Empowered by Bold.org scholarships and my own determination and grit, I know I am readily equipped to navigate through challenges, seize opportunities, and make meaningful and lasting contributions to society.
