I am a first-generation college student, and I am in the process of applying to Physical Therapy school. I am very passionate about exercise, education, and volunteering. Growing up in a Mexican household, I was used to translating for my parents and grandparents for various reasons. However, finding healthcare providers was difficult because of the language barrier. My goal is to provide physical therapy services to Spanish-speaking individuals.
