Quintin Glover is an educator, coach, and community leader based in Oakland, California, dedicated to advancing educational equity and leadership development for young people. He serves as the facilitator of the African American Male Achievement program at Frick United, where he mentors and teaches middle school students through culturally responsive leadership and identity development curriculum.
Quintin holds a Master of Science in Sport Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree from Morehouse College. His professional work bridges education, athletics, and community engagement, with experience in program development, project management, and youth leadership initiatives.
Committed to expanding opportunities for historically underserved students, Quintin plans to pursue a Doctor of Education to deepen his impact in educational leadership. His long-term vision includes building leadership academies for Black boys and creating community-based programs that connect education, mentorship, and opportunity.
