Bio

I am a QuestBridge National College Match Finalist, a QuestBridge College Prep Scholar and a Thrive Scholar. I am currently a member in Cornerstone Christian Schools' Competition Robotics club. I aspire to be a Computer Science major as the field of computer science aligns with my analytical personality and satisfies my problem-solving desires. My overarching goal is to provide responsible solutions to human problems which is well achieved with an academic focus on Computer Science–a field that formalizes processes, directed by procedures, to solve problems. With a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, I will be able to design effective algorithmic tools that uphold positive human values. After college, I plan to have a career in software engineering where I can build software and enhance responsible technological tools to alleviate the systemic problems in my home country Nigeria in sectors such as agriculture and public health. I also aspire to join and establish endeavors to grant Nigerian children more exposure to the field of Computer Science and technology.
