I am a graduating senior at Grant Park High School and will attend Harvard University as a member of the Class of 2030. I plan to major in Neuroscience on a pre-med track with the goal of becoming an anesthesiologist. I have pursued academic excellence throughout high school, earning a 4.4722 weighted GPA, 4.0707 unweighted GPA, and all A’s in every course.
I am Valedictorian and earned a 34 ACT score, the highest in school history. I was also the first student in Grant Park High School history to earn a perfect score on an AP exam. I am an Illinois State Scholar and have received honors including the 2026 Illinois Principals Association Student Recognition Award, Certificate of Excellence Award, American Legion School Awards, Letterman Award, Outstanding Citizenship Award from the National Society of the Sons of the American Revolution, and the 2026 Above Proficient ACT Award.
I serve as a Junior Student Representative on the school board and have been active in National Honor Society and Student Council for three years each. I have completed over 200 hours of community service across hospitals, food pantries, animal rescues, and local organizations, and I am CPR certified.
I have also participated in varsity athletics, scholastic bowl, drama, and other activities, earning multiple awards including MVP honors and conference recognition. Additionally, I have worked three years at Traxx restaurant and earned all Workplace Excellence badges at the Kankakee Career Center.
These experiences have shaped my commitment to leadership, service, and medicine.
