Due to my love of helping people, I served for 9 years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman and that taught me that compassion, resilience, and service can change lives. Caring for others during some of their most vulnerable moments strengthened my passion for helping people and inspired me to dedicate my life to making a difference. Today, I am pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, where I am building the knowledge and skills to continue that mission beyond military service. My goal is to advocate for individuals and families facing adversity, especially those who are underserved, vulnerable, or unable to advocate for themselves. I believe that everyone deserves dignity, support, and the opportunity to thrive, and I am committed to being a voice for those who need one most.
