Hello! My name is Phoebe and I am a Taiwanese American counseling Master's student at the University of Pennsylvania aiming to work with college students. I recently graduated from Yale University with a B.S. in Cognitive Science and a certificate in Education Studies. Having grown up in Shanghai, China, I am passionate about supporting low-income families and Asian American communities. My research and clinical interests center undergraduate students, as I am committed to expanding access to mental health care in colleges and supporting equitable persistence in STEM.
