I walked through woods, leaves so green. The river flowing with rapid grace. I saw the sunlight was so keen. The wind did blow up on my face. All flowers bloom in colors bright. And the constellations shine at night. Every bird singing in trees so high. The squirrels jumping all around. White clouds did float across the sky. And the leaves did fall on the ground. The moon did glow with silver light. And the owls did hoot through the night. Rain falling with drops of water. Step outside and feel the grassy dew. The windows go pitter patter. All the air felt fresh and brand new. The butterflies flutter and play. It’s home at the end of the day. The sky did change yellow to blue. Over fields and forests of nature. The sunset fell without a clue. Habitats with every creature. The world did seem so full of cheer. And all was calm and all was dear.

I am Peyton Weyrich, a senior high school student at Seton High School in Cincinnati, OH. I am organized, reliable, and excel at managing multiple tasks, while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. One of my key strengths is communication. I enjoy connecting with people and can effectively interact with customers, coworkers, children, and people in general. I am approachable, which helps me build relationships in various settings and I also took a business communications class, helping me better my skills. Time management and organization are also strengths of mine, as I’m able to prioritize tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently. Additionally, I pay good attention to detail, whether it’s keeping an area clean, tracking accounts, or evaluating progress. I am dedicated to maintaining high standards in everything I do. I’ve had a variety of work experiences that have taught me essential skills. As a hostess and busser, I handled customer calls, supported waitstaff, and ensured tables were clean. This experience taught me how to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and provide excellent customer service. I have also been babysitting since 2020, providing care for local families. This responsibility has taught me patience, multitasking, and how to communicate effectively with both children and parents. I’ve managed meal prep, planned activities, and maintained a safe environment for the children. I currently am working at The Gymnastics Center as a front desk receptionist and class instructor. I manage student accounts, process payments, and ensure records are up to date. As an instructor, I teach children, providing safe, fun, and educational gymnastics classes. I evaluate their progress and give feedback to support their growth. These roles have enhanced my leadership, customer service, and organizational skills. Outside of work, I am actively involved in my school’s Life Skills Club, where I serve as one of the Vice Presidents. In this role, I help plan activities that provide students with tools for success in personal and career life. This experience has taught me teamwork, project management, and how to contribute to the success of a group. My goal is to inspire others through creativity and laughter, to lead with compassion, sympathy, and commitment in all that I do. I aim to build a successful future and maintain a healthy work-life balance. I want to keep my close relationships and prioritize personal growth, while also leaving a positive impact not only on my life but in the lives of others as well. I am passionate about learning and developing skills that will serve me well in my future career and help me to continue growing personally and professionally.
