Confidence means to me having the courage in yourself to do something. When you don't have that motivation to get to that goal you have then how are you supposed to get it done. You need to have that ability to believe in yourself that you can do something. People in all different aspects are afraid to try new things. They are only scared because they don't have that confidence or motivation to do. Confidence is one of those things in life that everyone goes through at one time or another. If you're like me, you go through it when your about ready to start a new job. You need that confidence to tell your current boss that you are quitting. If it wasn't for my family who was cheering me on and guiding me through the right direction, then I probably won't have quit my job and I still would be at that same place.
