I take the ups and downs as opportunities to grow. The last couple of years have been struggling at times, but I still manage to push through. I have an unofficial student motto of "It's complicated on paper" since I say it so much in so many different situations. I graduated in 2020 as one of the top ten students from my high school, but I totally bombed during my first year of community college. I still managed to push through though and now I am at Truman State slowly but surely putting everything back together. Now I hope to graduate with a bachelor's in history and then hopefully attend graduate school in order to receive a master's in museum studies. My dream is to work for a museum institute or the national park services to help educate the public while working to maintain and even improve such important institutes.
