My life goal is to become a physician dedicated to advancing health equity at both the community and global level. I am most passionate about serving underrepresented and underserved populations, ensuring that quality healthcare is a right rather than a privilege. As a first-generation American, I have witnessed firsthand the barriers many communities face in accessing care, which has shaped my commitment to advocacy and service. I am a strong scholarship candidate because my lived experiences drive my purpose, resilience, and determination to lead with compassion in medicine.
