Hello, thanks for stopping by my profile! I'm a Franklin University student, currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting. I have my associates degree from Hocking College in business management. In my time at Hocking College, I was involved with Student Activity Advisory Board, helping to host events and create community for students on campus. The experiences during my degree path helped shape a dedication for leadership, advocacy and community in my professional life. My motivation comes from wanting to create stability for myself, and for the people around me. Furthering my education gives me the tools to make sustainable financial decisions and improve myself. I am grateful to have the opportunities I do, which gives me the motivation to strive for excellence. Success in my studies is extremely important to me, and I view my education as the foundation to my career path. My academic goals are to successfully obtain my bachelor's degree in accounting and become a CPA. Financial literacy and sustainable spending decision are what empower young people to become sufficient leaders, business owners and pillars in their community. I hope to use all of the skills I learn in my degree path to educate others about finances and business, and to develop a strong foundation that prepares me for future roles.
