O'kayhvia is a senior undergraduate student studying political science and Strategic, Legal, and Management Communications at Howard University. Along with being a student leader, she is a service-oriented individual, she is dedicated to giving back to the community in any way possible. Her interests include (but are not limited to), non-profits, social justice, advocacy, politics, public policy, and law. After her undergraduate years at Howard University, she plans to go to Graduate School to pursue a Masters in Public Policy. She is currently interested in gaining experience with non-profits, public policy institutions , or political organizations. O'kayhvia aspires to be in an environment that will nurture her need to help others and envisions herself as the director of a non-profit aimed at helping those less fortunate as well as a policy writer advocating for the less fortunate. She plans to uphold her motto of "Always helping" in her professional career.
